The Rainbow School Supplies Company was founded in 2012 by former Epi Systems CEO Scott Clements and former Epis Systems vice president of marketing, Dan Pendergast.
The company sells school supplies such as pens, markers, pencils, notebooks, and other school supplies for schools and students.
The product line also includes pencils and markers, notebooks and notebooks, chalkboards, markers and markers for classroom work, markers for home, and school supplies.
The school supplies company was acquired by Clements in 2017.
Epis Systems was acquired in 2018 by Synergy Systems.
Clements has been an investor in the company since 2012, according to the company’s website.
“The idea for the Rainbow school supplies came from Dan and I, and we wanted to create something that kids could really relate to, something that was going to be a real-life experience for kids,” Pendergarth said in a press release.
“It’s not just for kids, it’s for anyone who wants to get their hands on some real-world school supplies.”
In 2017, Epis sold the company to Synergy, and the Epi brand has been rebranded as Epi.
The company now has a strong presence in the United States and Europe, with more than 40 million students using the Epis school supplies and other products.
This year, Clements was one of five co-founders of the Black Lives Matter organization, the news site reported.
